The Sage R8 10' 5wt is one of the shop's favorite for nymphing out of boat, whether you're on river or a stillwater. Its longer length allows for further casting, easier mending, and superb tippet protection when using lighter lines for big fish. It has also has an incredibly powerful butt section which makes it a breeze to control big fish from diving into weed beds or escaping into a fast current. It's definitely one of our favorites for indicator fishing from a boat and we couldn't recommend it more.
