It's "winter" in South Park and the fish numbers in the Dream are relatively low in comparison to a few months ago. A lot of fish will migrate back to the lake to help sustain energy and make it through the winter. That said, there's plenty of resident fish in the river that are more than willing to eat small midge rigs, as well streamers in deeper pockets.
